B | 重庆市教委对此也明确回复：虚假宣传，并提醒市民通过规范渠道获得学历证书。　　据核查，网传视频系培训机构的广告引流。网民进入该视频画面，只要点击“立即咨询”，就会跳转到机器人对话框。在互动聊天过程中，套取网民的个人信息。“在重庆花880元起，就能弄个快速毕业的本科”的网传信息，是虚假宣传，易对网民产生误导。　　对于虚假宣传的商业广告，发布平台是否有责任？对此，北京大成（重庆）律师事务所合伙人代彬律师说，短视频平台对于培训机构发布的商业广告具有审核义务。如果用户看了虚假宣传的广告而上当受骗，平台不仅可能承担赔偿消费者损失的民事责任，还将面临罚款、停业等行政处罚。
